Hot Pepper Cheesecake
8 oz. cream cheese
1 teaspoon minced garlic
8 oz. Ozello Islands Pepper Jelly
5-oz. sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- Combine cream cheese, egg, garlic & sharp cheddar cheese in food processor.
- Add 4-oz. Pepper jelly.
- Pour in oiled baking pan.
- Bake in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Let cool and spread remaining jelly on top.
- Serve with crackers and enjoy.
