Pepper Cheese Spread
2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
6-8 green onions (chopped)
8 oz. Ozello Islands Pepper Jelly
8 oz. cream cheese
2 cups pecans or walnuts (chopped)
2 tablespoons parley (chopped)
- Mix cheddar cheese, cream cheese, pecans or walnuts, parsley & mayonnaise together.
- Spread in a glass pie plate or quiche dish.
- Cover and let stand in refrigerator at least 2 hours or overnight.
- When ready to serve, cover with 8 oz. Pepper jelly of choice and serve with crackers.
Keeps well in refrigerator 2-3 days.
